I know that too many UL items would affect economy, but there just must be rare UL items in loot, just for that special feeling/expectations while doing stuff.

I think the both (treasure and oil rig) should be rebalanced because of 2 problems: 1. Treasure is too predictable and easy to reach. Just look at the current HOF list. Just a simple idea.
It would be interesting to hear a warning sound or beep when green dot appears on your radar. It would be cool when youre in the wilderness or PVP.
We would have an option button next to radar, so you could turn warning ON and OFF.
