This is a bit problematic:


I have tried several ways of getting it so a new can spawn but have not find a way, and since no one new is spawning this is a problem. Any team of two maybe can stack on eachother to get it? Either way this is a bug I found today  :( 

Do you have permission to go to the oilrig?
