Loot Window / Mining Result

Ok this is happening more and more lately.
Basically when I kill a mob (spider at this time as I'm a n00b) there's a chance no loot window will appear and no message saying the mob was empty.
The same can happen with the mining window, the radar animation plays forever.
I want to note that skils gain messages are shown correctly. Just the result of the bomb or the looting of the bomb isn't shown.
Chat seems to work properly all the time, even when the above happens.
