Pion_Client.exe has stopped working

Hi all,

Machine = Dell Lattitude E7240

Downloaded the game and unzipped it to c:

I have run the Pion_Patcher.exe
When I run the Pion_Client.exe all I get is a black windowed screen then a message "Pion_Client.exe has stopped working"

Any ideas / suggestions?
