HK uses Reload Key too

HK uses Reload Key too

You can start HK either by pressing the assignes Shortcut Key or by pressing the Reload Key "R". Dont know if this is wanted...

Issue is fixed for the HK, still for melee weapons their will be charged decay when used without hitting something.
