Picture Uploading inside Forum

When I am add picture inside a gallery I get this message:
Your picture(s) has(have) been uploaded successfully.
Your pic(s) must be approved by a administrator or a moderator to be visible.
I have moderator status but cant detect anywhere anything where I am able to approve this picture.
Either you should change this message, or implement the needed function.
BTW, I do not think that this "service" is needed.
If unwanted pictures arrive this forum, then Admin can turn on this function again and/or Thread Moderator can act against these picture anyway inside the threads.
