O2's crazy ideas and other mental farts

So,

I was thinking the project ion logo looks very dated (that chrome effect is so 2000s...), so why not try and help the devs on that matter since I'm a bit skilled in photoshop.

So, ideas: Ion = charged particle, simplest ion = Hydronium (H3O+).

Let's go, I sketched 3 very basic logos with that idea in mind, no colors or complex shapes yet, here is what I got (spent about 5 mins so bear with me).

So, what do you think? which one is better, why?

Text for "Project Ion" will come later, once I know which one you like the best. If devs can use it great, if not I had some fun :)

Logo 3 are both most appealing to me.
Inverted one would win between the both.

Someone else also created logo's, he recently reposted them on Facebook.

So far most favorite were the ones on the bottom :)
Still, nothing is decided yet to use so continue on your work.

Will be cool to see what you can create.
When others read this topic and like to put in some creativity also then post your creations here.

Besides a logo/text for Project Ion people could also look into a "TestBuilt" logo and text.
TestBuilt is the not yet official but used company name as Project Ion is it's first project.
